Tim Rogers

In 2020, Tim and his wife Stacey first heard Jim Barnard speak about “Expectation Gaps”—a concept that immediately clicked. They had experienced many such moments in their own lives but never had the words to describe them. Moved by Jim’s message and the mission of tiller coaching, they quickly got involved in supporting the ministry. After a 20-year career leading healthcare organizations—including nursing homes, assisted living, and a Medicare Advantage plan—Tim retired in 2025 and joined tiller as a coach. He now offers free discipleship and coaching for men, couples, and pastors, helping them navigate life’s unmet expectations through the hope of Jesus.

Snapshot of My Ministry:

Tim holds a master’s degree in counseling from Denver Seminary and brings together

his leadership experience and heart for ministry to walk alongside others in faith. His

approach is grounded in this belief: if help is out of reach, it’s not really help at all. Look
