Jessi Heilmann

Jess began her journey in ministry as campus staff with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, which brought her to Denver in 2003 where she shifted to staff at Scum of the Earth church until 2024. She has served with One Gospel Network as Care Director and currently is part of The Praxis teaching team through Denver Seminary. She works as a spiritual director within various ministry contexts, often offering the interior depth of spiritual formation to folks unfamiliar with contemplative practice. She enjoys art, plants and travel, but most of all she enjoys her daughter and her three sons.

Snapshot of my ministry

• Offer Spiritual Direction at low or free cost as well as guide soul care practices to ministry teams.

• Facilitate spiritual formation teachings and practices in retreat settings.

• Create a safe, sacred space where people can slow down, listen deeply, and become attentive to God’s presence.
