Danae Lammers

I have always believed that abundant life is formed through intentional relationships. Growing up in Denver, CO and spending time in the UK and Portland, OR for college I recognized that I wanted to be a “professional encourager” but didn’t know what that would look like until coming to Personal Coaching after a long road of false starts, closed doors, and disappointment. In 2021 after serving in different ministry contexts in Denver and internationally, I began the work of learning and utilizing effective coaching practices so that I could walk alongside others who needed personalized, purposeful encouragement. In 2025 I started Shipwright Coaching to provide the support to others that I had needed during times I felt confused and stuck, a sinking ship lost at sea. My goal is to help people find their path to a wholehearted, flourishing life without the high financial cost that many coaches require. My experiences as a parent of two and within different ministries have given me a heart for young people experiencing the unique challenges of neurodivergence, those seeking direction in mission and ministry contexts, and artists and makers seeking support in carving out an authentic creative path.

A Snapshot of Shipwright Coaching:

Helping people build integrated, Christ-centered lives, that allow them to glorify God and enjoy life with Him.

  • Providing low cost coaching to individuals seeking support to bring lasting change and achieve their goals. “Get from where you are to where you want to be.”

  • Walking alongside others to coach and encourage in communities that have been excluded and discarded by the Church and individuals examining and reconstructing the role of faith in their lives.

  • Christ-centered coaching for ministry leaders in seasons of personal and professional transition.

  • Partnerships with churches to serve as additional coaching and discipleship resources for their communities and leaders.
