Bryan Sitinjak

Bryan Sitinjak lives in Aurora, Colorado with his wife Erin and their 100-lb Bernedoodle, Joey. As the oldest of four in an Indonesian immigrant family, Bryan carries a deep love for identity, story, and spiritual formation.

Since 2008, he’s served in a wide range of ministry contexts – from church plants to local congregations – culminating in his time on staff at LIFEGATE Church. There, his passion for discipleship was deepened and his next steps affirmed, as God opened the door for him to join Tiller Coaching. Today, Bryan walks with spiritually curious or disconnected believers – especially men and third-culture individuals – through ‘Expectation Gap’ coaching. As a storyteller and content creator, he weaves theology and honesty into everything he does, from short-form video to the upcoming ‘Unseen’ podcast (launching winter 2025). He also brings perspective from the financial services world and global EPC industries into his coaching lens.
